Job Description
A SEND school in Coventry is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who benefit from structured routines, emotional regulation strategies, and predictable transitions. You’ll deliver 1:1 support, guide pupils through difficult moments, and use modelling to rebuild confidence. Some pupils need quiet reassurance; others need clear, step-by-step direction. Working with teachers and pastoral staff, you’ll help pupils stay settled and ready to learn.
Provide 1:1 behaviour and regulation support.
Assist with routines, transitions, and confidence-building.
Model calm communication and boundaries.
Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams.
