Job Description
You’ll support pupils across maths lessons and small-group interventions, helping them understand tasks, practise core skills, and develop independence. You’ll prepare simple resources, model strategies, and offer calm guidance to pupils who need extra reassurance. Working with the class teacher, you’ll reinforce routines and contribute to numeracy plans that help children feel secure and capable.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver small-group and 1:1 numeracy interventions.
Reinforce core maths skills through guided practice.
Prepare structured resources and monitor pupil progress.
Support classroom routines and collaborate with teaching staff.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting primary-aged pupils in maths or numeracy.
Confident explaining concepts in clear, accessible steps.
