Job Description

You’ll support pupils who benefit from additional behaviour guidance, helping them remain engaged with learning and follow structured routines. Through mentoring, classroom support, and relationship-building, you’ll reinforce expectations and support positive behavioural outcomes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 behaviour mentoring and support.
Reinforce positive behaviour routines and expectations.
Support emotional regulation during lessons.
Communicate progress with pastoral and teaching teams.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience supporting behaviour or SEMH needs.

  • Calm communication and strong relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to guide pupils through structured routines.

  • Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
