Job Description
You’ll support the SENCo in coordinating SEND provision across the school. Responsibilities include overseeing interventions, monitoring pupil progress, supporting EHCP reviews, and guiding support staff. You’ll work closely with teachers, families, and external professionals to ensure consistent strategies and effective support pathways for pupils with additional needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with SEND assessments, referrals, and EHCP processes.
Oversee interventions and track pupil progress.
Support training and coordination of support staff.
Liaise with families and external agencies.

Strong SEND experience in primary education.
