Job Description
We are seeking a confident and capable HLTA to support teaching and learning across upper Key Stage 2. This is an excellent opportunity for a teaching assistant ready to take the next step or for an experienced HLTA looking for a new challenge in a values-led school.
Lead lessons in the absence of the teacher
Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and groups
Support behaviour management and engagement
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO
Desired Experience + Qualifications
HLTA status or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of KS2 curriculum
Ability to lead a class and deliver planned lessons
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
