Job Description
You'll support pupils across Key Stage 1, helping them develop confidence in literacy, numeracy, and communication. Working closely with the class teacher, you'll provide individual and small-group support while helping to create a positive, engaging classroom where every child feels valued.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support KS1 pupils during lessons and classroom activities.
Deliver small-group literacy and numeracy interventions.
Reinforce positive classroom routines and behaviour expectations.
Prepare learning resources and support classroom organisation.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting children within a primary school.
Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to learning.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional conduct.
