Job Description
You’ll work closely with pupils who benefit from additional encouragement and structure in their learning. Through 1:1 and small-group sessions, you’ll support engagement, organisation, and confidence in lessons. Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you’ll help remove barriers that prevent pupils from fully participating in school life.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide mentoring support for pupils needing additional guidance.
Run small-group sessions to strengthen engagement and confidence.
Reinforce classroom routines and learning expectations.
Communicate progress with teaching and pastoral teams.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils with engagement or confidence needs.
Positive communication and relationship-building skills.
