Job Description
A primary school in Warwickshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the school day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping children develop academically, socially, and emotionally within a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support pupils within classroom activities and learning sessions
Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions where required
Assist teaching staff in creating an inclusive learning environment
Encourage positive behaviour and classroom engagement
Help pupils build confidence and independence
Support wider classroom organisation and preparation
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Previous classroom or school-based experience desirable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive and proactive approach
Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Patient, supportive, and adaptable attitude
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
