Job Description
You’ll lead safeguarding across the school, ensuring policies, procedures, and statutory responsibilities are implemented effectively. Working alongside senior leaders, pastoral teams, families, and external agencies, you’ll coordinate safeguarding practices that protect pupils and promote their wellbeing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead safeguarding policy and operational procedures.
Manage safeguarding concerns and maintain accurate records.
Deliver safeguarding guidance and training to staff.
Liaise with external agencies and support vulnerable pupils.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience leading safeguarding within an education setting.
Excellent knowledge of safeguarding legislation and guidance.
Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.
