Job Description
A Primary school in Warwickshire is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils who benefit from structured routines and focused learning support. You’ll guide small groups, help pupils stay organised, and provide clear modelling during tasks. Some children need reassurance with new concepts; others need help maintaining attention. Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll help create an encouraging learning environment where pupils can progress confidently.
