Job Description
You’ll lead pastoral provision across a year group, supporting pupils with behaviour, wellbeing, attendance, and engagement. Working alongside teaching staff and safeguarding teams, you’ll coordinate interventions, monitor progress, and help maintain a positive school culture.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead pastoral support for a designated year group.
