Job Description
You’ll support pupils across core subjects, helping them stay focused, understand tasks, and build confidence. You’ll run small-group interventions, offer 1:1 support, and prepare simple learning materials. Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll model routines and help promote independent learning habits that support steady, meaningful progress.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver targeted support in reading, writing, and maths.
Provide 1:1 and small-group guidance.
Reinforce routines and clarify instructions.
Prepare learning resources and track pupil engagement.
