We’re looking for a passionate Hair and Beauty Trainer to lead practical workshops in a specialist provision. You will teach young people vocational skills, confidence, and discipline through hands-on experience. Whether you’ve worked in salons or training centres, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to change lives through creativity and care.
Deliver practical sessions in hair, nails, and beauty
Teach hygiene, professionalism, and salon techniques
Engage learners with low confidence or behavioural needs
Maintain a positive, structured salon learning space
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Hair and beauty background (salon or training)
Experience with young people or vulnerable learners (desirable)
Calm, patient, and engaging approach
Organised with good communication skills
About the School
This Coventry-based alternative provision empowers students with vocational training and life skills.
