Job Description
A Secondary school in Coventry is seeking an Inclusion Lead to strengthen their whole-school approach to belonging, behaviour, and learning access. You’ll oversee targeted interventions, support staff with inclusive strategies, and coordinate personalised plans for pupils facing additional barriers.
