Job Description
You’ll support pupils who benefit from additional guidance to fully participate in classroom activities. Through 1:1 and small-group support, you’ll help reinforce instructions, support engagement, and promote inclusive learning strategies. Working alongside teachers and SEND staff, you’ll help ensure pupils feel confident and included in school life.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 and small-group inclusion support.
Reinforce classroom instructions and routines.
Support pupils with engagement and participation.
Share progress with teaching and SEND teams.

Experience supporting pupils with additional needs.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
