Job Description
A specialist SEND school in Worcestershire is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across learning, communication, and emotional regulation. You’ll work with children whose needs may include autism, sensory differences, or anxiety, supporting them to access learning in a way that feels safe and achievable.
Your role will include providing in-class support, adapting learning tasks, and supporting pupils during transitions throughout the day.
