You’ll support pupils who need help staying on track with learning, delivering targeted interventions, guiding study routines, and motivating pupils through clear, structured support. You’ll check understanding, help pupils manage deadlines, and liaise with teachers to remove barriers to progress. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
