Job Description
A childcare setting in Oxfordshire is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting young children's development through engaging activities, nurturing relationships, and high-quality early years practice.
You'll play an important role in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through play-based activities
Create a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes positive outcomes
Observe, monitor, and record children's progress
Support children's social, emotional, and communication development
Maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times
Contribute to planning and delivering age-appropriate learning experiences
Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant) or equivalent
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting is desirable
Good understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
