Job Description
You’ll support pupils across whole-class activities, small-group tasks, and focused interventions. You’ll help clarify instructions, encourage participation, and assist pupils who need extra reassurance. Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll prepare simple resources and help maintain smooth routines that make the classroom feel predictable, inclusive, and ready for learning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support pupils during lessons, transitions, and group activities.
Reinforce routines and model positive behaviour.
Deliver short interventions under teacher guidance.
Prepare resources and maintain an organised learning space.
