Job Description
You'll deliver engaging Year 2 lessons that strengthen pupils' confidence in reading, writing, and maths while preparing them for the next stage of their education. You'll plan purposeful learning, assess progress, and create a supportive classroom where every child is encouraged to achieve their best.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and deliver engaging Year 2 lessons.
Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching approaches.
Maintain positive classroom routines and expectations.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and families.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching within primary education.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
