Job Description
A primary school in Northamptonshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support classroom learning. You will work alongside the class teacher to assist with lessons, provide targeted support for pupils, and help maintain a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support teaching and learning in the classroom
Provide small group and 1:1 interventions
Assist with classroom organisation and routines
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience working with children in a school setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient and supportive approach
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
