Job Description
You’ll provide structured mentoring for pupils who need support with engagement, emotional regulation, and routines. You’ll guide pupils through focused sessions, help them overcome barriers to learning, and reinforce positive habits. Working alongside teachers and pastoral leads, you’ll support plans that strengthen attendance, confidence, and classroom readiness.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver 1:1 and small-group mentoring sessions.
Support emotional regulation and help embed positive routines.
Monitor progress and maintain accurate pastoral records.
Liaise with teaching and pastoral teams to support targeted plans.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs.
Strong rapport-building and clear communication skills.
Calm, reliable presence with good organisational habits.
Commitment to safeguarding and reflective practice.
