Job Description

You’ll oversee behaviour systems across the school, supporting staff in applying clear routines and restorative approaches. You’ll coordinate interventions for pupils who need additional guidance, monitor behaviour data, and work with pastoral teams to strengthen engagement and consistency. This role suits someone organised, reflective, and confident guiding both pupils and staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead behaviour systems and support staff with implementation.
Coordinate interventions for pupils requiring behavioural support.
Monitor behaviour data and identify patterns or improvements.
Work with pastoral teams and families to strengthen outcomes.

  • Experience supporting behaviour systems in secondary settings.
