Job Description
A primary school in Worcestershire is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils throughout the school day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, supporting learning development, and helping children gain confidence within the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
Support pupils during classroom learning activities
Deliver small group and 1:1 support where required
Work closely with teaching staff to support pupil progress
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
Assist with classroom preparation and organisation
Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Previous school or classroom experience desirable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient and nurturing approach
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Adaptable and proactive attitude
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
