Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join the team at Church Cowley St James. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality lessons, differentiate learning to meet diverse needs, and help every child achieve their potential.
Plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality KS2 lessons.
Differentiate teaching to support pupils with SEND.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
Build positive relationships and promote a supportive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school life.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience teaching KS2 — essential.
Ideally Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience supporting pupils with SEND within the classroom — desirable.
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
Passionate about inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
