Job Description
You'll support teaching and learning across the school by delivering planned lessons, leading small-group interventions, and providing classroom cover when required. Working closely with teachers and senior leaders, you'll help raise attainment while creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver planned lessons and provide classroom cover when required.
Lead targeted interventions for individuals and small groups.
Support teachers with lesson preparation and pupil assessment.
Promote positive behaviour and an inclusive learning environment.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
HLTA qualification or significant classroom experience.
Experience supporting teaching and learning within a primary school.
Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional conduct.
