Job Description
You’ll support children in the Early Years setting through play-based learning, communication activities, and early literacy and numeracy development. You’ll assist with small-group work, reinforce routines, and help create a calm, engaging classroom environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support play-based learning and early development activities.
Assist with phonics, language, and early numeracy sessions.
Reinforce routines and positive social behaviour.
Prepare classroom resources and support daily activities.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience working with Early Years or nursery-aged children.
Warm, patient communication style.
Ability to support structured play and early learning.
Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
