Job Description

Working within a school environment, staff in this position support daily routines and pupil needs. Collaboration with school staff is central to ensuring pupils are supported, expectations are clear, and safeguarding standards are upheld. Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SEND or SEMH pupils in any role 

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain steady during dysregulation 

  • Understanding of behaviour as communication 

  • Familiarity with sensory strategies or willingness to learn 

  • Commitment to safeguarding and professional boundaries
