Job Description

A specialist provision in Walsall is seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Teacher to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties. This role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and confident differentiating the curriculum to meet individual EHCP targets.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
Support pupils with diverse SEND needs
Track and assess progress against personalised targets
Work collaboratively with support staff and families
Promote a structured and positive learning environment

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred

  • Experience working within a SEND setting

  • Strong behaviour management and adaptability

  • Understanding of EHCP processes

  • DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
