Job Description

You'll provide mentoring and behaviour support to pupils who need additional guidance to engage positively with school life. Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams, you'll help pupils develop resilience, improve behaviour, and overcome barriers that affect their learning.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver 1:1 and small-group behaviour mentoring.
Support pupils to develop positive behaviour strategies.
Reinforce classroom routines and expectations.
Work with pastoral staff to monitor progress and wellbeing.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience supporting behaviour, SEMH, or vulnerable pupils.

  • Calm, resilient, and approachable manner.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
