Job Description
You’ll support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs through structured classroom support, 1:1 guidance, and small-group interventions. Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, you’ll help pupils regulate emotions, engage with learning, and build positive relationships.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 and small-group SEMH support.
Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
Reinforce structured learning routines and engagement.
Work collaboratively with teaching, pastoral, and safeguarding teams.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or behavioural needs.
Calm, resilient, and empathetic approach.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
