Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated SEN TA to join a SEND school in Moseley. You will support pupils with special educational needs, helping them access learning and achieve positive outcomes.
Provide one‑to‑one and small group support for pupils with SEND.
Assist with classroom activities and learning tasks.
Encourage positive behaviour, communication, and engagement.
Work collaboratively with teachers to help implement personalised support strategies.
Support a structured, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience working with pupils with SEND — essential.
Patient, adaptable, and supportive approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
