Job Description

You’ll support pupils with SEND needs through structured routines, personalised activities, and small-group intervention. You’ll help pupils regulate, communicate, and stay engaged during lessons, using visuals and consistent language. Working with teachers and specialists, you’ll contribute to tailored plans and maintain a nurturing environment that helps pupils access learning at their own pace.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 and small-group SEND support across lessons and transitions.
Use communication tools, visuals, and routines consistently.
Adapt resources under teacher guidance to meet individual needs.
Record progress and collaborate with teaching and therapy teams.
