Job Description
A Primary school in Worcestershire is seeking a KS2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with focus, confidence, and structured learning routines. You’ll guide groups, model tasks clearly, and help pupils manage transitions. Some need reassurance to attempt challenging work; others need help breaking tasks into steps. Working with the class teacher, you’ll help pupils stay organised, motivated, and positive about their progress.
Support KS2 pupils in lessons and group tasks.
Assist with literacy, numeracy, and organisation.
Guide routines, transitions, and focus.
Work with teaching and pastoral teams.
