Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum
Plan, prepare, and assess learning to meet the needs of all pupils
Differentiate teaching to support a range of abilities and learning styles
Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
Contribute to the wider life of the school
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Previous experience teaching within a primary school
Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Strong communication and organisational abilities
Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Creative and engaging teaching style
Excellent assessment and planning skills
Adaptable, resilient, and proactive approach
Passion for helping every child achieve their full potential
