Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum
Plan, prepare, and assess learning to meet the needs of all pupils
Differentiate teaching to support a range of abilities and learning styles
Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
Contribute to the wider life of the school

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Previous experience teaching within a primary school

  • Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum

  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Strong communication and organisational abilities

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning

  • DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

  • Experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

  • Creative and engaging teaching style

  • Excellent assessment and planning skills

  • Adaptable, resilient, and proactive approach

  • Passion for helping every child achieve their full potential
