Job Description
You’ll support pupils who benefit from additional structure and guidance with their learning. Through mentoring sessions and classroom support, you’ll help pupils manage workload, stay organised, and build confidence in their studies. Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams, you’ll help ensure pupils remain engaged and on track with their progress.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide mentoring support to pupils needing additional guidance.
Deliver small-group sessions focused on study habits and organisation.
Reinforce positive learning routines and expectations.
Monitor progress and communicate updates with teaching staff.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils in secondary education settings.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to motivate pupils and build positive relationships.
Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
