Job Description
A Primary school in Oxfordshire is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support young learners with communication, routines, and early literacy. You’ll guide pupils through play-based learning, model instructions clearly, and provide reassurance during busy transitions. Some children need gentle prompts; others need structured support. Working closely with the EYFS team, you’ll help create a warm, predictable environment where pupils feel safe and ready to explore.

Experience working in Early Years.
