Job Description
You’ll lead pastoral provision across a year group, supporting pupils with behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement. Working alongside teachers and safeguarding teams, you’ll coordinate interventions, monitor pupil progress, and ensure consistent support systems are in place to help pupils succeed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
