Job Description
You’ll oversee pastoral provision across a year group, ensuring pupils receive consistent guidance around behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement. Working closely with tutors, teachers, and safeguarding staff, you’ll coordinate interventions and support plans that help pupils remain focused on learning and positive school participation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead pastoral support for pupils across the year group.
Coordinate behaviour and wellbeing interventions.
Support staff with pastoral guidance and pupil engagement.
Liaise with families and safeguarding teams where required.

Experience in pastoral leadership or pupil support roles.
