Job Description
You'll lead SEND provision across the school, ensuring pupils with additional needs receive high-quality, personalised support. Working closely with teachers, support staff, families, and external agencies, you'll coordinate interventions, oversee EHCP processes, and champion inclusive practice throughout the school community.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school.
Oversee EHCPs, annual reviews, and statutory responsibilities.
Support and coach staff to deliver inclusive classroom practice.
Work collaboratively with families and external professionals.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience within SEND.
Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong safeguarding awareness and commitment to inclusive education.
