Job Description
A well-regarded Secondary school in Oxfordshire is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils whose behaviour is impacting their engagement with learning. Your role will include providing 1:1 mentoring, supporting de-escalation during difficult situations, and helping pupils reintegrate into lessons in a positive, dignified way.
