Job Description

You'll deliver engaging primary lessons while developing your teaching practice within a supportive ECT programme. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll build classroom confidence, refine your teaching skills, and contribute to a positive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and deliver engaging primary lessons.
Assess pupil progress and adapt learning activities.
Maintain positive classroom routines and expectations.
Participate in mentoring and ongoing professional development.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification.

  • Strong communication and classroom organisation skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

  • Strong safeguarding awareness and professional conduct.
