Job Description

A Primary school in Coventry is seeking a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to help pupils who need calm guidance, clear prompts, and structured support. You’ll provide 1:1 assistance, model routines, and help pupils re-engage after wobbly moments. Some children need reassurance; others need predictable steps. Working with teachers and pastoral staff, you’ll help pupils feel safe, focused, and able to take part in learning.

Support pupils with behaviour and regulation.
Provide 1:1 guidance and modelling.
Assist with routines and transitions.
Work with teachers and pastoral teams.
