Job Description
A primary school in Acocks Green is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to work closely with pupils requiring extra support. You’ll assist with learning tasks, provide social-emotional guidance, and work collaboratively with the teaching and SEN staff. Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
Support students with a range of SEND needs
Implement EHCP strategies and behavioural plans
Foster positive relationships and learning routines

Experience working with SEND pupils in education or care

Commitment to inclusion and safeguarding
Willingness to support personal care if required
