Job Description
You’ll deliver targeted interventions in reading, writing, and maths to pupils who benefit from focused support. You’ll work with small groups and individuals, helping them understand tasks, practise key skills, and build learning confidence. Working alongside the class teacher, you’ll help remove barriers so pupils can participate fully in lessons and maintain steady academic progress.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver structured interventions for literacy and numeracy.
Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
Reinforce classroom routines and positive learning habits.
Track progress and report outcomes to teaching staff.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils in primary education.
Strong communication and clear instructional skills.
Ability to guide pupils through structured learning activities.
Strong safeguarding awareness and collaborative mindset.
