Job Description
You'll deliver personalised lessons for pupils with additional needs, adapting teaching strategies to support communication, independence, and engagement. Working alongside teaching assistants, therapists, and families, you'll create a structured learning environment where every pupil can develop the confidence and skills to succeed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for pupils with SEND.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals.
Monitor pupil progress and contribute to EHCP reviews.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching pupils with SEND is desirable.
Strong communication and adaptable teaching skills.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
