Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Open and secure the school premises
Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs
Complete routine health and safety checks
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the site
Coordinate contractor access where required
Ensure school facilities remain safe and operational
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Previous caretaking, maintenance, or facilities experience
Basic DIY and repair skills
Knowledge of health and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Reliable and proactive approach
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
