Job Description
A Primary school in Solihull is seeking a Nurture Assistant to support pupils who benefit from emotional guidance, structure, and gentle encouragement. You’ll lead short nurture sessions, assist in class, and help pupils manage transitions calmly. Some children need reassurance; others benefit from clear routines. Working closely with teachers and the pastoral team, you’ll help pupils feel secure, confident, and ready to engage in learning.
