Job Description
A Primary school in Birmingham North is seeking a Progress Guide to support pupils who need structured guidance and regular check-ins. You’ll help with organisation, confidence, and understanding lesson expectations. Some pupils need reassurance; others need step-by-step support. Working with teachers and pastoral staff, you’ll help pupils stay focused, manage routines, and develop the confidence to complete tasks independently.
