Job Description
A Primary school in Solihull is seeking a Learning Support Mentor to guide pupils who benefit from structured routines and regular check-ins. You will provide 1:1 mentoring, support classroom engagement and help pupils manage transitions confidently. Some children require reassurance; others need clear prompts and organisation strategies. Working closely with teachers, you will help maintain a calm, focused environment where pupils can rebuild confidence and stay engaged.
Deliver 1:1 mentoring sessions.
Support pupils with focus and organisation.
Assist during lessons and transitions.
Liaise with teaching and pastoral teams.
